Logan and Kin Reunion The 2005 Logan and Kin Reunion will be held Father's Day weekend, June 17, 18, and 19 at the Rend Lake Recreation Complex, Whittington, Illinois. A barbecue, tour, picnic, informational presentations, and banquet and program are planned as well as a special "focus on fathers." The Logans and affiliated families settled in Warren, Allen, and Simpson counties, Kentucky. Later, family members migrated to southern Illinois, then some moved on to Missouri, including Bates, Benton, Hickory, and Henry counties. From there, some family members moved to Muskogee County, Oklahoma. Affiliated family names include Andrews, Benedict, and Young, among others. |
